Unlike traditional ticket bots which create a new channel for every ticket (cluttering your server), TicketHawk uses Discord's forum channels. Each ticket becomes a thread in a single forum—keeping your channel list clean while providing the same functionality. Plus, our one-click buttons make managing tickets effortless.
Nope! Everything is configured through Discord slash commands. Add the bot, run /setup, and you're done. We believe your workflow should stay where your community is—inside Discord. No tab-switching, no remembering passwords, no external tools to learn.
Your existing tickets and transcripts are always yours. If you downgrade to Free, you'll keep access to everything created during your Pro subscription. You'll just be limited to 3 concurrent tickets and 4 categories going forward. We never delete your data.
While we can't import historical data from other bots (they don't provide export options), setup is so quick you can be running in parallel within minutes. Most servers keep both bots for a week to ensure a smooth transition, then remove the old one.
Absolutely. We only store the minimum data required to operate (server IDs, ticket metadata, transcripts). We never read message content except to generate transcripts when YOU request them. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We're GDPR compliant and will delete all your data on request.
